Howdy
Born and raised in San Antonio, Julianne moved to College Station in 2011 to attend Blinn College – Bryan, where she received an Associates in Arts. Following in the footsteps of her father, uncle, brother, and cousins, she transferred to Texas A&M and graduated Cum Laude, in May 2017, from the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences with a B.S. in University Studies – Leadership, and minors in Communications and Creative Studies. During her undergraduate career she was Secretary of the Beta Chapter of Sigma Phi Lambda, was a member of the Dr. Joe D. Townsend ’67 Leadership Fellows, and worked at Central Baptist Church in the Nursery Ministry. Additionally, she worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant with the ALEC department from 2018-2019.
Julianne most recently graduated with a Masters of Science in Leadership, Education, & Communications from Texas A&M University in December of 2021. She oversees marketing, graphic design, websites, transactions, & general office management for Walsh & Mangan Premier Real Estate Group, GreenPrint Real Estate, and Precision Property Management, all located in College Station. Additionally, she serves as an Athletic Academic Mentor at Texas A&M University and, to top-it-off, she also works as a freelance web designer, social media manager, graphic & interior designer, and a photographer.
Julianne is excited to share that, as of October 2024, Walsh & Mangan (2x), GreenPrint (2x), and Precision PM (2x) have been named Aggie 100™ honorees. This prestigious honor is awarded annually to the top 100, fastest growing, Aggie owned businesses in the world.
When she’s not working, Julianne enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and sweet pup Bandit. During the fall, you can find her yelling for the Ags at every home game and loves attending Aggie baseball games in the spring. You can also find Julianne out-and-about at the movies, concerts, or a local coffee shop. If you see her around town, say “howdy!”
